Claire enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, and her interests include travelling, snowboarding and running.

Crispin Beale
Chief Executive

Prior to his career in research, Crispin worked as an accountant, a background that established the foundations of his considerable commercial understanding and eye for detail. He has over 15 years client experience and has been Chief Executive of Facts since 2008.

When he is not running Facts, Crispin spends time on his farm in the Kent countryside.

Aside from his book, Paul lectures MBA students about market research and is actively involved in the MRS professional development programme.
