Associate DirectorHeather has been undertaking and managing research projects since 2002 and works across all aspects of the research process from project conception to final reporting. She is experienced in conducting both business to business and consumer studies and has built up expertise in a variety of research methodologies using quantitative and qualitative techniques.
Specialising in technology and telecoms, financial services and the Public and Third Sectors, Heather has successfully delivered large-scale national and international projects for many high profile clients.
Heather joined Facts in March 2012 from GfK NOP's Business & Technology Division. She has also previously worked for a boutique research and consultancy agency and an asset management firm. She has a degree in European Studies and Economics from the University of Kent and holds the MRS Advanced Certificate in Market and Social Research Practice.
