Project DirectorHaving first got a taste for the world of market research in her first research role stuffing questionnaires back in 2004, Gemma has worked in the industry ever since and is passionate about delivering excellence to her clients.
Gemma has over 10 years research experience spanning a wide variety of market research roles, most recently within new product innovation and strategy, business development, and project management, and is well accustomed to managing large scale complex global fieldwork programs.
Throughout her research career Gemma has worked with both direct and agency clients and takes a consultative approach with each project to ensure that it is executed not only to fully address the research brief or business problem, but also with best practice methodology and fieldwork techniques in mind. She has wide ranging experience both domestically and internationally, with a particular emphasis on the Retail and FMCG sectors, as well as having niche expertise in the Healthcare sector and online qualitative research.
Gemma has a degree in Spanish (BA) from the University of Southampton and is a certified PRINCE 2 Practitioner. Outside of Facts, her passions include travelling to exotic global locations but can also be often found pounding the beaches of Kent with her five year old Beagle.
