Quality is the bedrock upon which all of Facts International’s operations are built. By placing quality at the heart of all we do, we are able to deliver projects both large and small, that meet our client’s needs and ensure that all our data is robust, reliable, legal and secure. We go beyond simple hygiene, collaborating with clients and industry bodies alike to stay ahead of business and industry standards such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which comes into force in May 2018, and provide peace of mind to all our business partners.

Facts International Ltd endeavours to ensure all employees dedicate their activities to the implementation and application of our quality control procedures and practices, during all phases of services to our clients.  We commit to comply with all requirements and continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, as well as providing a framework for establishing and reviewing quality objectives.

ISO 20252 – Market, opinion and social research

The ISO 20252 accreditation sets the standard of requirement for organisations conducting end-to-end market, opinion and social research. Facts International’s audits over the past three years have revealed zero discrepancies, demonstrating our commitment to the continual development and improvement of our quality processes.

ISO 27001 – Information Security Management

This accreditation highlights that Facts International has in place information security management systems that cover people, processes and technology. As our most recent accreditation, we are proud to have achieved ISO 27001 as it showcases our best practice approach to information asset security, and provides our partners with guaranteed consistency.

ISO 9001 – Quality Management

ISO 9001 sets out quality management criteria which include having a strong customer focus as well as clear processes for improving the delivery of products and services to clients. Facts International’s quality management principles have helped in the development of new products such as PowerProbe™ and have contributed to several industry awards over the last few years.

Fair Data

Facts International abides by the ten guiding principles set down within the Fair Data accreditation. This shows survey participants and organisations alike, that we handle personal data fairly and ethically. Furthermore, Facts International’s Information Services and Security Director, Spencer Wood, is a member of the Fair Data Board, which approves audit proposals for businesses going through the process.

Cyber Essentials

Developed by UK government and industry, this accreditation is designed to ensure organisations put in place standards for cyber security. Cyber Essentials certification establishes that Facts International has the relevant mechanisms in place to mitigate most cyber attacks. To date, these mechanisms have been 100% successful.

British Healthcare Business Intelligence Association

As members of the BHBIA, Facts International works hard to ensure that the data and insights that we supply to the Healthcare industry, meet the excellence with integrity standards promoted by the BHBIA. With several healthcare specialists on the team, we are fully compliant with Adverse Event reporting and the Legal and Ethical guidelines.

Prince2 – Project Management

Project Management is a key element of any well-run research project. To ensure the highest possible standards, Facts International uses an internal team of Prince2 Practitioners, ensuring every project is managed and delivered efficiently, effectively and to specification.
