Facts International announced as three-time winners of coveted MRS Best Data Collection Award
Steaming ahead of the competition at the 4th Annual MRS Operations Awards, Facts International scooped a third Best Data Collection Award for their transformative approach to the highly influential National Rail Passenger Survey.
Known across the industry as the #Oppies, these awards shine a light on best data collection practices within the market research industry and highlight the hard work and dedication of those on the research frontline.
CEO of the MRS, Jane Frost announced the third win, praising the work and reading aloud the Judges’ citation “Facts International demonstrated with a revised data collection approach for a long standing project, the National Rail Passenger Survey, that it is possible to improve response rates through the development and implementation of a range of innovations across all stages of the data collection process. The innovations were supported by a strong set of metrics proving effectiveness, plus evidence that the learnings from the project can be applied to other large scale face-to-face programmes.”
Facts International were also MRS Operations Award finalists for Best Data Collection Telephone, which they previously won in 2015 and 2014, as well as Best Training & Development.
