Facts International expands communications centre following new wins

20 October 2011

Facts International Communications Centre

Facts International, the UK-based research agency, today announced an expansion of their communications centre, making it one of the largest custom research centres in the country.

Following a renovation of the centre, Facts International now boasts c. 200 seats, which has boosted capacity by a third. Extended opening hours that were recently introduced give Facts International the ability to handle large-scale international projects around the clock utilising their cutting-edge Confirmit technology. The centre has been redeveloped as a result of some large scale tracking projects and the business has recently won a number of new clients including Chartis and GreenFlag, as well as a number of other research agency commissions.

A large recruitment drive has also accompanied the expansion and Facts International is delighted to announce a number of new appointments that include Nathan Bible and Dan Blackman as Research Executives, Emily Burn and Nicola Blythe as Insight Executives, and Julie Burden as Research Assistant. As a result of the expansion, the centre has also recruited a number of new telephone staff to bolster the existing team of interviewers.

Crispin Beale, Chief Executive of Facts International commented: “I am delighted to announce this expansion of our facilities in our international communications centre. As one of the largest custom-designed communication centres in the country, Facts international is now able to offer even more research capabilities to our wide base of clients. Our reputation in the market is paramount to our success and we look forward to even greater successes in 2012 and beyond”.
