Market Research Society awards Facts International Best Field Force 2014.
Hosted at McQueens in London on the 18th September 2014, these prestigious Operations Awards honour this vital sector of the Market Research industry and look to reward unsung field heroes for their talent, quality and professionalism.
As one of four finalists for the Best Field Force award, Facts International fought off tough opposition to be announced the stand out winner of this category, beating a diverse range of industry rivals.
Judges of the award Penny Steele and Jane Frost stated; “Facts International’s commitment to providing excellent ongoing training and development programmes for all interviewing staff clearly underlines one of the key values of this company. This has been vital for driving up interviewer retention and business growth over the last 30 years. The investment in people has led to the delivery of quality data which adheres to all MRS and international standards. The awards were the first of their kind held by the Market Research Society and placed Facts International in the historic position of being the first ever winner of an Operations Award.
