Terms and Conditions
All Terms and Conditions apply;
Christmas charity donations may be submitted between the 5th December 2017 and the 4th January 2018;
Christmas charity donations can be made by completing the charity donation form in full, choosing one of the 10 identified charities and submitting the form;
Christmas charity donations can only be made by the original recipients of Christmas charity donations email, not friends or colleagues that receive the email via any email forwarding process;
Only one Christmas charity donation can be made per person;
Once a Christmas charity donation has been chosen and submitted, the choice is final and cannot be amended at a later date;
Charities will only receive a donation if they are chosen by an email recipient, Facts International does not promise to send donations to all ten of the identified charities unless all ten are chosen by participants in the donation;
On closure of the donation period, Facts International will calculate the individual amounts per charity and make donations to the chosen beneficiaries within 30 days by either cheque, credit card or BACS payments;
This Christmas charity donation offer has a maximum limit of £1,500. Should donations exceed the identified budget, donations will be given according to the date the donation was received, starting with the earliest date;
Facts International has sole and absolute discretion as to whether entrants have fully complied with the stated Terms and Conditions;
Facts International reserves the right to extend or amend or withdraw the Christmas charity donation offer without prior notice or compensation, where this is due to circumstances beyond our control;
These Terms and Conditions and any claim or dispute arising out of a connection with them shall be governed in accordance with English Law. Participants irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any claim or dispute arising out of a connection with these Terms and Conditions.
