About us

Our Approach

We offer a full range of specialised research methodologies for either quantitative or qualitative projects. Our experience allows our research team to select the most appropriate method with confidence.

Communication Protocols

We have developed communication protocols for use on projects, which will be readily adaptable depending on your preferred method. Communications can be by email, telephone, fax and face-to-face meetings. We aim for regular and informative communication at all times.

Staff Resources

At least one research executive is assigned to manage each project from commission through to output. All projects benefit from senior management overview and an experienced research support team. The responsibilities of the research team can be summarised as follows:

To liaise with all project staff and monitor project progress
To communicate regularly with clients
To manage projects efficiently and pro-actively

Data Processing Procedures

Once a job is commissioned a specwriter and a coder will be assigned to it for the duration of the project. The same specwriter will be responsible for both writing the script for data capture and for producing tabulations or raw data thus ensuring complete continuity.

Quality Assurance

As a key aspect of our service, all interviewers are fully trained and briefed on the project they are working on. Ten percent of interviewers on all projects in the field are fully back-checked and work conducted in our call centre is quality controlled throughout the day by our dedicated quality controllers.

If you require more detailed information on any of the above areas please do not hesitate to ask us. Please email facts@facts.uk.com and your questions will be forwarded to the relevant department.
